Phase 1 handover event 2022

First and foremost, may I take this honor to thank all our clients for attending our phase 1 handover/open day event. The handover event was a day like no other.  On the 25^th of November 2022, a great number of our clients graced this occasion with a blast.

Let me give you the gist! What is a handover event? Do you have any idea? Well, a handover happens when the homeowners are ready to move into their brand-new homes. Oh…I guess you were right. Kudos!

The Pinebrook phase 1 handover/open day event not only provided the house owners but also the aspiring homeowners with an opportunity to interact with some of the best market players. They had the chance to engage on a one-on-one basis with such companies as; NCBA, Stanchart, KCB, ABSA, Haier appliances, Acacia Crest School, Darirose enterprise water purifier, and Safaricom home fiber.

That was not all. The event was covered live by our very own CHERD Africa media house.  Taking cognizant of our global clients; they had the luxury to follow the event from the comfort of their homes.  Featured countries include; Australia, the United States America, Europe, and a greater part of the African content.

The best part is yet. The guests could not it when our very own CHERD Africa limited choir took to the podium. Led by the head of the Technical Team, our very own Ms. Terry, the guest got the best of the melodious voices you could imagine.

To seal any doubts, our previous homeowners gave the best of their experience in dealing with CHERD Africa Limited. As you may be aware or let me put it this way. CHERD Africa has developed other projects. And just to mention but a few; Global Village, Milimani homes, and Acacia Premier Villas.  Acacia Premier Villas sits on a big parcel of land that hosts 38 units. It was indeed calming to hear from the horse’s mouth; our satisfied clients

To save the best for the last, we were delighted to be graced with the presence of our guest of honor Madam Stella Mutai property finance specialist who gave a speech on investing in Pinebrook villas, financial planning, and also the friendly buying plan. Later on, there was the cutting of the ribbon by our directors to officiate the end of the handover event.
