Plumbing Subcontractor Position

CHERD Africa LTD is a real estate company mandated to build residential houses in a gated community. We are currently recruiting a plumbing subcontractor for one of our projects Pinebrook Premier Villas in Kitengela.

Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Fitting and repairing various household appliances.
  • Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
  • Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Preparing cost estimates.

Cleaner/House Keeping

CHERD Africa LTD is a real estate company mandated to build residential houses in a gated community. We are currently recruiting a cleaner for one of our project Acacia Premier Villas in Kitengela.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Make sure all rooms are well cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • Hand in daily reports on duties done as assigned to management.

CHERD Africa LTD is developing residential villas in Kitengela branded Pinebrook Premier Villas . Pinebrook Premier Villas development will comprise 56, 3 and 4 bed-room Maisonettes with DSQ in a gated community. We are currently recruiting the following subcontractors

  1. Supply and installation of shower cubicles
  2. Waste Water Recycling Plant (WWRP)
  3. Mirror supply and fixing
  4. Civil works (Cabro paving)
  5. Borehole drilling services
