The company is owned by two Directors who are Kenyans. Due diligence can be done from registerer of companies in republic of Kenya.
What is mortgage financing? Which banks do you deal with?
This is whereby a bank facilitate one to buy a house. We are partnering with ALL financial institutions in the country including NCBA, KCB, ABSA, Stanbic, Coop, Saccos, microfinance etc.

No, the price is fixed. However, cash buyers benefit from a cash discount of 3%. But cash discount is considered if the payment is completed within 2 months from the time of booking.

YES, they have title deeds which are leasehold of 99 years.

The units have a plinth area of 235 square meters for the 3 bedrooms and 282 square meters for the 4-bedroom units. This is excluding the rooftop that has a coverage of 100 sqm.
Is water at Pinebrook Premier Villas salty?
We are in the process of drilling borehole but there is higher probability that the water will be salty based on the data of the boreholes in the neighborhood.

Yes, a playground area is set aside next to the Clubhouse.
Can one put a wall to surround his/her villa?
No. We are encouraging a green environment Estate with the external perimeter wall and internal green fences. The security is enhanced by the external stone wall and we will also install security electric fence all around and we shall also have CCTV and 24hrs guards for the Estate.
Can one customize/modify the house?
Yes, one can customize the interior only without interfering with the exterior structure as this has been approved by the authorities.
Is Pinebrook Premier Villas on a riparian land?
NO. The land is legally acquired from private land and not on public space and is not listed in Ndung’u report. You are welcome to conduct due diligence on the same. The title deed is clean and free of any encumbrances.
